As many of you are aware, the United States Department of
Labor (DOL) released details of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act,
which was signed into law by Congress last month. Details regarding the Act can
be found on the DOL website.
Several offices within TSA HQ are currently evaluating
the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and implications for the TSA
workforce. We are awaiting guidance from
TSA HQ and will advise you immediately when that guidance is released to the
field. In the meantime, please refer to Human Capital Advisory Memo (HCAM),
Version 4 for the latest personnel guidance during this national crisis.
