SUBJECT: Corona Virus
I want to take this opportunity to advise all of you that earlier this afternoon I received a call from my doctor advising me that I have tested positive for Corona Virus.
This is obviously not the lottery I wanted to hit, but I will press on through it. While I am required to stay out of work for the next 14 days, I will keep on top of the ongoing activity. DFSD McKeon and the entire leadership team have a good handle on matters to the degree anyone can with a situation of this magnitude.
Please continue to work together as a coherent team and look out for each other. Keep letting us know what works, or doesn’t work so we can focus on productive action in carrying out our mission every day.
You are doing outstanding work in this difficult and challenging time. You have my full confidence to keep fulfilling our obligations to the American people who place their trust and confidence in us everyday.
Thank you all for your continued dedication and devotion to duty. Your efforts every day are inspiring and appreciated.
