iPhone users may have recently experienced issues opening and using the TSANews app. We apologize for this inconvenience.
In order to resolve the issue [without requiring a new PIN], please download the latest version of TSANews by clicking on the following link:https://go.usa.gov/xnT9M.
If prompted to open in an app store, click “Open.” You’ll be asked to install the latest version of TSANews. Click “Install.”
Do not uninstall the app. If you uninstall the app, you will be required to renew your PIN.
