Buses will be the primary alternative to subway service. MTA has added buses and increased schedules for the hours subways will be closed. Trip planner from the MyMTA App and Website is the best place to find the updated schedules.

If bus alternatives aren’t an option, MTA is providing Essential Connector service. Essential workers are eligible for one free trip in a for-hire vehicle per night. Essential workers that cannot use bus service should register for the service here: https://mta-nyc.custhelp.com/app/essential-connector
