Coordination Center Phone Outage

Please be advised the Coordination Center is experiencing a phone outage. Extensions 001,002, 003 are non-operational. Please advise your staff if they need to reach the Coordination Center, the POTS line is functional. Phone number is 718-424-0349. In lieu of the POTS line, Checkpoint/Checked baggage staff are being advised to use radios if the CC needs to be contacted. STSO’s may advise staff to email the Coordination Center if they have difficulty calling.
