FOR SUNDAY JANUARY 24, 2016 PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENT AND REPORT TIMES.
· 1ST Shift PT Officers (TSO) with 0430 start are excused and not required to report to work.
· 1st Shift FT Officers with a 0400 start time and PT Officers with a 0730 hour start time (TSO, LTSO, STSO, BDO, TSM) are to report to work at 1000 hours.
· All 1st Shift officers are to report to their assigned duty location with the exception of Officers assigned to TA-CHK (Delta Shuttle). Officers assigned to TA-CHK are to report to Terminal C.
· 1st Shift PT Officers who report for work at 1000 through 1230 hours will receive compensation for the entire shift. The same applies to 1st shift FT Officers.
· 2nd and 3rd shift FT and PT Officers and Managers (TSO, LTSO, STSO, BDO,TSM) are to report to work at their regular scheduled time.
· Any
Officer who is unable to report for work is to call the Coordination Center and
can use their accrued time (Sick, Annual, or Comp) and will be charged for the
entire shift 5 hours for PT and 8 hours for FT.
As the storm conditions are subject to change we strongly recommend that all staff continue to frequently check the TSA Emergency Blog for updates.
Your Government ID, the PIV, identifies you as a Federal Emergency Response Official. Should you be stopped by Law Enforcement on the way to work show them your PIV and let them know you are reporting for duty at LGA in your official capacity.
Reminder, all TSA employees are permitted to park in the CTB parking garage or the parking garage in front of Terminal C (P4) free of charge from 2000 hours Friday Jan 22th until 2300 hours Sunday Jan. 24th, 2016. You must leave the parking garages by 2300 Sunday. Do not park in any other LGA parking lot. Show your LGA ID in exiting the parking garage.
