While TSA HQs has not officially sent a broadcast message out there has been guidance to the payroll departments. They are working hard to make all corrections.
Below low is a very small portion of the guidance:
"An exempt employee who performed work during the lapse in appropriations may now be paid for that work as they normally would but for the lapse in appropriation. For periods of time during which an employee was furloughed due to the lapse in appropriations that began on January 20, 2018, the employee will now receive the same pay he or she would have received for an equivalent amount of work performed."
