Passing of SWF Acting STSO Robert Case

To the LGA/HPN/SWF/ISP Staff

It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of Acting STSO Robert Case of SWF.  As a 9 year TSA veteran, Robert was a valuable, positive, and an engaging officer.  He was personable and well-liked by all of his colleagues.  His unexpected passing is a shock to all of us.  During this difficult time please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.  I also want to remind everyone that TSA’s Employee Assistance Program is always available for anyone who needs it.  The EAP program is a free, confidential resource that provides counseling services to TSA employees and their families.  The EAP phone number is 1-800-222-0364.  Please make sure that anyone you see who may need counseling services is aware of this free service.
