The single Weather & Safety (W&S) day will resume post the holidays from Sunday, January 03, 2021 through Saturday, January 30, 2021.
Officers the last names beginning with A-K will have W&S on the day before their RDOs during Week 1.
Officers with last names beginning with L–Z will have W&S on the day before their RDOs during Week 2.
All employees scheduled on W&S leave are on call and should be expected to report to duty if needed unless they are on a normal RDO.
Due to increased volume and operational needs, LaGuardia will permanently cancel all Weather & Safety leave beginning on PP 03 effective on Sunday, January 31, 2021. Officers will be expected to work their normal bid schedule.
