The Screening Support Center (SSC) is now located in the New Terminal B Headhouse:

We are open Monday thru Friday, 800am-300pm.
The following is a list of services the SSC can assist you with:
- SIDA ID-renewals, 3 Bad Pins, damaged/mutilated, new applications (for SIDA access to the new Terminal B-visit LGP Credential Office Level 1-Room 270)
- Uniforms-issuance, exchanges and returns
- Metal Badge-issuance, return, damaged
- PIV Access for the New Terminal B (for all other PIV questions contact LGA.HR@tsa.dhs.gov)
- Sentry/Safe Skies Baggage Keys-replacements
v If your SIDA is expiring OR already expired it is imperative that you renew as soon as possible. Please contact us for processing your renewal.
v Uniforms will only be held for 30 days from date of delivery. Please pick up your uniforms in a timely manner.
